- Adobe Analytics – Web analytics tool that helps us understand how customers interact with and shop our Digital Channels.
- SessionCam – Session Replay & Heat mapping tool. We record customers using the website and their interactions are amalgamated into heatmaps. We can also watch their sessions back based on particular criteria, for example customers who viewed a particular page or category.
- Hitwise – Access market trends in visitor and search behavior, visitor and website profiling and website market share. Which of our competitors are gaining or losing share in a particular category or sector? What terms are performing well for them and are they reliant on PPC or is it organic?
- AudienceView – Another tool from Hitwise, AudienceView allows us to see demographic, psychographic, transactional and behavioral insights on target consumers or advertising audiences in the digital market. Identify the customers segments that shop your category in the market but don’t shop or buy from Argos.
- Bazaarvoice – Understand how products and categories are rated by customers, what are the key themes in reviews and Q&A?
- Google Trends – A free tool from Google that allows you to see what topics or phrases are trending and how that looks over time.
- Customer Profiler – Find out who the customer is by category, brand or custom line list. What segment do they sit in? What is their age & gender? What fulfillment method did they use?
- Affinity Tool – What other products are in a customers basket when they buy from a particular category or range? What do customers buy before or after a certain product or category? This helps us to identify product and category affinities which can inform marketing and strategy plans.
- Competitor Trending Tool – Did you know that more online products searches start on Amazon than Google? Use this tool to see what customers are searching for on Amazon, and how much share particular terms make up.
- ForeSee – Customer Survey tool which we use to measure Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Find out how customers rated thier shopping experience and what they’d like to improve.
