The Browser reports tell you about the Web Browsers customers are using when they visit our digital channels.
Metrics you can use with Browser reports;
- Visits
- Page Views
- Conversion
- Any revenue metric (prefixed ‘Revenue:’)
- Any orders metric (prefixed ‘Orders:’)
- Any units metric (prefixed ‘Units:’)
- Average Order Value (AOV)

This report tells you the specific web browser customers are using to access our digital channels, such as ‘Google Chrome 50.0’ or ‘Mozilla Firefox 46.0’.
Use this report to rank by the most popular web browser, or to compare conversion metrics such as Revenue and Average Order Value for different browsers.
- Browser Types
Reports & Analytics Location: Audience → Technology → Browser → Browser Types
This report groups individual browsers together to tell you the browser type customers are using to access our digital channels, such as ‘Apple’ or ‘Mozilla’.
Use this report to rank by the most popular web browser type, or to compare conversion metrics such as Revenue and Average Order Value for different browser types.
- Browser Width
Reports & Analytics Location: Audience → Technology → Browser → Browser Width
This report gives the width in pixels of the browser’s viewable area. It takes into account scroll bars, and is altered if the window size is changed.
Use this report to rank by the most common browser width, or to compare conversion metrics such as Revenue and Average Order Value for different browser widths.
- Browser Height
Reports & Analytics Location: Audience → Technology → Browser → Browser Height
This report gives the height in pixels of the browser’s viewable area. It takes into account the title bar and bookmarks bar, and can be altered if the window size is changed.
Use this report to rank by the most common browser height, or to compare conversion metrics such as Revenue and Average Order Value for different browser heights.
