Reports & Analytics Location: Audience → Technology → Device
The Device reports tell you about the mobile devices (i.e. anything other than desktops and laptops) customers are using when they visit our digital channels.
Metrics you can use with Device reports;
- Visits
- Page Views
- Conversion
- Any revenue metric (prefixed ‘Revenue:’)
- Any orders metric (prefixed ‘Orders:’)
- Any units metric (prefixed ‘Units:’)
- Average Order Value (AOV)
Within device there are three reports at different levels of granularity;
- Devices
Reports & Analytics Location: Audience → Technology → Device → Devices
This report tells you the specific device customers are using to access our digital channels, such as ‘Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (GT-P5210)’ or ‘Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7’. Customers not using a mobile device are grouped into ‘Non Mobile’.
Use this report to rank by the most popular devices, or to compare conversion metrics such as Revenue and Average Order Value for different devices.
- Device Type
Reports & Analytics Location: Audience → Technology → Device → Device Type
This report groups mobile devices customers are using into top level device type such as ‘Tablets’, ‘Mobile Phone’ and ‘Gaming Console’. Customers not using mobile devices (e.g. desktop and laptop users) are grouped into ‘Other’.
Use this report to rank by the most popular device type, or to compare conversion metrics such as Revenue and Average Order Value for different device types.
- Manufacturers
Reports & Analytics Location: Audience → Technology → Device → Manufacturers
This report groups mobile devices customers are using into brands such as ‘Apple’, ‘Samsung’ or ‘HTC’. Customers not using mobile devices (e.g. desktop and laptop users) are grouped into ‘Non Mobile’.
Use this report to rank by the most popular device manufacturers, or to compare conversion measures such as Revenue and Average Order Value for different manufacturers.
