How to be your best self in times of crisis

So given everything going on at the moment it seemed poignant to share this talk from Susan David about how to be your best self in times of crisis. About 28 minutes in there’s a bit around social distancing and working from home and something that stood out for me was the idea that we do not need to practice ‘social’ distancing but ‘physical’ distancing, the terminology can conjure ideas of being alone rather than just physically apart.
